On October 11, 2020, the presentation of the Environmental Education Program for 2020 by the Porto City Council took place at the Almeida Garrett Municipal Library. At this event, participants were given the Eco-Agenda 2020, an eco-friendly product 100% crafted in Porto by VIVALab, using plastic waste from the municipality.
More than 700 kg of recycled plastic were utilized throughout the production process of the 3000 teacher agendas for the Porto district. This project will undoubtedly stimulate conversations around the issue of plastic waste and how we can play an active role in reducing our individual impact on the environment.
